We just wanted to take a moment in the middle of settling
in to thank you again for all your help in finding our
new home.
It still amazes us that each and every home you showed
us had all the basics from our 'wish list.' Over the course
of the year it took us to find and buy our 'perfect' home,
you never once tried to sell us something other than that
which we'd said we wanted. In our past experiences with
real estate people, that is, indeed, unusual, and particularly
since we were travelling back and forth from Long Island
to do our house hunting, it was very much appreciated.
We never once felt our time was wasted and soon became
quite confident that if the ideal house was out there,
you would find it for us.
And find it you did -- the right size home and property,
complete with the two car garage, the perfect basement
for Andy's wood shop, in the area we'd decided was ideal
for us and it already had a greenhouse, too!
Once we'd signed the contract, you didn't stop helping
us. You found us a lawyer, a surveyor, and a home inspector,
all of whom were great. You walked us through the unfamiliar
Pennsylvania home buying procedures and 'held our hand'
right up to and including the closing. If we had a question,
you found the answer.
Jim, you were terrific from beginning to end and you have
certainly made us huge proponents of the 'Buyer's Agent'
concept. We can not imagine having such a smooth and successful
home buying experience without your help.
Again, many thanks for everything. And should you find
some skeptics who wonder why one needs a Buyer's Agent,
just have them give us a call. We'd be more than happy
to tell them.
